Wisconsin National Guard members return from Europe
Members of the 107th Upkeep Firm arrived at Volk Discipline Saturday.
CAMP DOUGLAS, Wis. (WKBT) – Nationwide Guard troopers from our space are beginning off the Easter weekend again with household.
150 members of the 107th Upkeep Firm arrived at Volk Discipline Saturday afternoon.
The troopers from the Sparta-based unit returned to their households after their deployment to Poland, Lithuania and Romania.
They offered car upkeep for ‘Operation Atlantic Resolve.’
“It looks like eternally, she’s grown up fairly a bit since I’ve been gone so it’s actually nice,” mentioned Lieutenant Jason Brasch of the 1007th Upkeep.
Governor Tony Evers and Wisconsin Military Nationwide Guard leaders joined household and associates at Volk Discipline welcoming the troopers house.
“We thanks for all you’ve finished to assist the upkeep of peace and stability in japanese Europe on this tough time,” mentioned Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers.
The unit members demobilized at Fort Hood, Texas previous to their arrival in Wisconsin.
The members of the 107th had been in Europe for 11 months.
