The place of Head Males’s Basketball Coach within the College of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL) Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (“the Division”) experiences on to UWL’s Director of Athletics. The coach will handle the day by day operations of a Division III intercollegiate basketball program competing within the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Convention (“WIAC”), with tasks together with, however not restricted to, the supervision of the assistant teaching workers and the planning, recruiting, teaching, creating, implementing, and administering of the boys’s basketball program (“UWL Males’s Basketball”) to fulfill College and Division targets. The coach should conduct themselves in such a means as to reinforce respect for UWL, the Division, UWL Males’s Basketball and UWL student-athletes.
