Gov. Evers looks to spend $1.8B on University of Wisconsin campuses

Democratic Gov. Tony Evers on Tuesday proposed spending $3.8 billion on constructing tasks in 28 counties across the state, with practically half directed towards work throughout the College of Wisconsin System.
