Minneapolis climate: Aspect streets stay messy

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) – As Minneapolis enters the second day of the delayed snow emergency following a storm that noticed snow totals surpass 14 inches, aspect streets stay messy.
Day two of the snow emergency means no parking beginning at 8 a.m. on the even aspect of the road on each side of all parkways.
The snow emergency will proceed tomorrow when no parking is allowed on the odd aspect of the road.

MSP Airport picked up 14.9 inches as of 6 a.m. Thursday, with most individuals within the metro getting 12-16 inches. Just a few flurries are left Thursday morning.
