Community makes a big splash for Special Olympics Kansas

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – The Topeka group made an enormous splash Saturday to boost cash for Particular Olympics athletes.

Group members have been joined by officers from the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Workplace and the athletes themselves.

The occasion is named “Photo voltaic Splash” and was held on the Midwest Well being Aquatic Middle.

Contributors may pay a $75 greenback entry payment or fundraise for Particular Olympics Kansas to cowl the price.

The group mentioned each greenback helps maintain greater than 4,000 athletes with mental disabilities enjoying all year long.
