Impress your guests with these simple, delicious Big Game snacks

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – As Super Bowl weekend approaches, the food matters most.
To help you prep for the big game, Chief City Mom Janine Bobbenmoyer has some delicious snack ideas to impress your guests.
“One of the trending ideas this year is the four-in-one dip platter,” Bobbenmoyer explained. “It is simple to make and a big hit on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.”
Bobbenmoyer suggests using hot sauce from Spice and Foods, the official maker of the Kansas City Chiefs hot sauce, for those who like a little heat. She added the sauce to the guacamole for an extra kick.
She brought a chocolate hummus dip made from chickpeas, with almond butter from Barney Butter mixed in for added protein for those with a sweet tooth. This dip, she says, offers a nice balance to the salty flavors of the other snacks.
With these easy-to-make snacks, Bobbenmoyer says they are perfect for anyone hosting a Super Bowl party, especially when you have other tasks to juggle.

Colts Legends Snubbed from 2025 Hall of Fame Class

There isn’t much more that Indianapolis Colts legends Reggie Wayne and Adam Vinatieri could’ve accomplished on the football field, but despite that, they were not selected for the 2025 class of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Wayne and Vinatieri were two of 15 finalists, including just four who were ultimately declared ready for Canton: cornerback Eric Allen, defensive end Jared Allen, tight end Antonio Gates, and wide receiver Sterling Sharpe. A finalist must receive 80% of the votes from the selection committee to earn enshrinement.
Wayne has been a finalist for the Hall of Fame in all six years of his eligibility. Vinatieri was a finalist in his first year of eligibility.
Wayne played all 14 years of his career (2001-14) with the Colts, becoming the franchise’s all-time leader in games played (211). He finished his career with 1,070 receptions, 14,345 yards, 82 touchdowns, and was a member of the Colts’ Super Bowl XLI championship team.
According to Colts.com, Wayne is one of nine players with at least 1,000 catches, 14,000 yards, and 80 touchdowns in NFL history. The Colts wide receiver was also a six-time Pro Bowler and a First-Team All-Pro in 2010.
After spending the first 10 years of his career with the New England Patriots, Vinatieri was signed by the Colts in free agency before the 2006 season. He would help lead the Colts to a Super Bowl XLI championship in his first year and spend the final 14 years of his career in Indy.
Vinatieri finished his career as the NFL’s all-time leader in points (2,673), field goals made (599), and field goals attempted (715). He boasts a field goal percentage of 83.8% for his career, leading the league three times in field goal percentage. “Vinny” was also a three-time Pro Bowler and First-Team All-Pro and has four Super Bowl championships.

Lilly's profit doubles in fourth quarter, driven by Mounjaro and Zepbound sales

(AP) — Lilly’s profit doubled in the fourth quarter, propelled by its hot-selling diabetes and obesity treatments, and the Indianapolis-based drugmaker came out with a mostly better-than-expected 2025 forecast.
Sales of Lilly’s top-selling product, the diabetes treatment Mounjaro, jumped 60% to $3.53 billion in the final quarter of 2024 while its obesity treatment counterpart Zepbound brought in $1.9 billion. Both figures fell short of expectations on Wall Street but reflect a forecast Lilly made last month.
Revenue from the breast cancer treatment Verzenio also helped in the fourth quarter, climbing 36% to $1.55 billion.
Overall, Lilly’s quarterly profit swelled to $4.41 billion. Revenue advanced 45% to $13.53 billion, in line with expectations. Per-share earnings adjusted for one-time items totaled $5.32, easily topping the $5.01 that Wall Street was looking for, according to a poll of industry analysts by FactSet.
Mounjaro and Zepbound are part of a wave of diabetes and obesity medications known as GLP-1 receptor agonists that are soaring in popularity globally due to the amount of weight people lose while taking the injections. They compete with Ozempic and Wegovy from the Danish drugmaker Novo Nordisk, which also reported strong sales growth on Wednesday.
For 2024, Mounjaro sales more than doubled to $11.54 billion, while Zepbound notched sales of $4.9 billion in its first full year on the market.
Analysts expect more than $18 billion in sales from Mounjaro this year and over $10 billion from Zepbound, which was recently approved in the United States as a treatment for some forms of sleep apnea.
Additional approvals like that and Lilly’s push to increase manufacturing should lead to ongoing, solid growth for the drugs, Edward Jones analyst John Boylan said in a research note.
For 2025, the Indianapolis drugmaker expects adjusted earnings to range between $22.50 and $24 with revenue falling between $58 billion and $61 billion.
Analysts expect earnings of $22.77 per share on $58.8 billion in revenue.
Eli Lilly and Co. shares climbed about 2% Thursday morning to $857.40 while broader trading indexes started the day mixed.
Lilly’s stock has already climbed 9% so far this year, as of Wednesday.
