Indianapolis man pleads guilty to killing mail carrier

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man has pleaded responsible to second-degree homicide for fatally taking pictures a U.S. Postal Service mail provider, prosecutors stated Wednesday.

Tony Cushingberry, 23, entered the plea within the April 27, 2020, slaying of provider Angela Summers, 45, in Indianapolis, prosecutors stated.
