Illinois woman dies after fall at Rocky Mountain waterfall

VIRGINIA — A Cass County lady has died after falling close to a waterfall in Rocky Mountain Nationwide Park in Colorado.

The girl fell into Adams Falls on Thursday, in line with the park’s public data workplace. It’s a 55-foot waterfall in a rocky gorge on the west aspect of park.

The Grand County Coroner’s Workplace recognized the girl as Lydia Davidsmeier, 21, of Virginia.

Her physique was recovered Thursday evening after efforts by members of the Grand County (Colorado) Sheriff’s Workplace, Grand County EMS, Grand County Search and Rescue and Grand Lake Hearth Division, in line with park public affairs officer Kyle Patterson.
